Provided application architecture and development services to enable Sunset to replace a manual paper based design process into a Windows based design tool.  This technology enables their business partners to work with clients design, cost and incrementally manage the 600+ Mb of art data which is transformed into work orders submitted through the Internet.  The architecture for Monumental enables end clients to design with the majority of Sunset’s products and services.

Sunset Memorial and Stone - Monumental

Managed a project worth $430K to re-implement a Conoco-Phillips custom application for PennWest.  This project used Microsoft .Net and a Agile/Scrum process with bi-weekly iterations.  We delivered this project ontime and on-budget and allowed our clients to have a thorough understanding of what work was left for subsequent phases of development.

PennWest - Shear Kit Implementation

Provided application architecture and implementation services using SOA to integrate multiple services to calculate several dozen quotes spanning multiple years and operating conditions through a single request.  To the best of our knowledge, Enmax detected only two issues after the solution was delivered.

Enmax - Commercial and Industrial Group

As the architecture lead and facilitator for the eight person architecture group within the Calgary Microsoft Practice, developed a repository to capture best practices, project reviews, establish technical  subject matter experts, research and other material.  Established lunch & learns for CGI resources to improve skills in Patterns & Practices.

Provided an oversight reviewed of the team organization, processes and technical architecture of Enmax's Forest project.  The report made 25 recommendations and all were accepted and implemented.

Alberta Learning - Confirmation of Enrollment System (COE)

Provided application architecture and team leadership to the CFGGS (Central Foothills Gas Gathering System) which was a system to manage the flow of liquid gas assets from wells to gas plants.
