Major Features 1. Manage competitions across several seasons. 2. Maintain information about members, such as, name, phone, address, email. Optionally sync member information with an external database. 3. Organize members into divisions so that awards can be assigned by division in a competition. 4. Define different judging rules for calculating a final score based on a series of individual judge scores; up to 15 are supported. 5. Support any kind of competition with or without an image. 6. Collect comments about submissions during judging. 7. Use the Determine Winners feature to reward ribbons to members. 8. Generate reports which can be edited in almost any word processing program. 9. Show the results of a competition with digital images in division/award order. 10. Export results to CSV, HTML, or XML format. |

Competition Submission Manager (CSM) is software that allows clubs or organizations to hold competitions and judge submissions provide by their members. Version 4 was released September 1, 2008 and includes many features and revisions. Version 3 was a complete rewrite of version 2 and was in use for 1 year prior to the release of version 4. The software includes the features listed to the right and over 60 pages of electronic documentation which includes an installation guide and user manual. Downloading the software provides you with a version of the software where you can create only three competitions — there is no time limit.
