Our lead resource is a certified scrum master and is registered with the Scrum Alliance.  LNS has extensive experience and leadership organizing and leading Agile teams, as well as helping companies reorganize their development to become agile.  We also offer Scrum / Project Management experience by transforming scrum deliverables into traditional project management deliverables.

Scrum / Agile

LNS has extensive experience as systems and business analysts, developing extremely thorough documentation and we can provide leadership in these areas.  Furthermore, we have a mechanism to explain highly complicated technical terms, processes and techniques to non-technical staff.

Systems / Business Analysis

LNS has extensive experience in developing producing high quality and virtually bug free results with our high quality processes.  We make extensive use of agile development techniques such as test driven development.  The Enmax project is a good example of our quality results.  We were able to deliver a highly complex calculation engine involving as many as 135,000 data inputs and producing 3 dozen quotes and in the user acceptance of the system, identified only two issues.

Development

LNS believes that the best teams are the most knowledgeable teams, so in leading teams, LNS ensures that all team members have a thorough understanding of the tasks at hand and ensures that they have the right tools to perform the tasks effectively.  In some cases this is no more than a helping hand through the initial stages of a task/project.  In other cases, we have brought in a highly skilled instructor to do group training.  In a course we organized 3 years ago, several students mentioned to their boss that this was the best course they ever had.
